This abstract oil painting was somewhat experimental for me. It is inspired by the vine motif I painted on the ceiling over our breakfast nook. I decided to try some solid shapes of color to see if this was a direction I'd like to pursue in other paintings.
Once completed, I ended up shipping it to a client in Spain, and it looks perfect in their beautiful home!
