This is the third painting in my series called "WATER."

It was inspired by a photo I took while visiting the shores of Saugatuck, Michigan.

I wanted this piece to help you feel the warm, gentle breezes in your hair. You can hear the dune grasses rub up against each other, giving thanks for having found themselves growing in this peaceful place.

As you follow the sandy path up the grassy hill, your treat for reaching the crest is an unmatchable view. The big blue sea of water known as Lake Michigan reaches the horizon, touching only the sky and it's cottony soft clouds.

This beautiful view reminds you of how glad you are to be alive.
