This oil painting called “bowl of eggs“ is simply a snapshot in time.

I had this little bowl of eggs sitting on my kitchen table to help welcome in spring. The sun would shine on it every day and leave such interesting shadows.

The photo I used for my inspiration was taken in early april, and then the painting was done later that spring.
